Where are you based?

Our design studio is based in Harare, Zimbabwe.

How long does it take to receive my order? 

Depending on if the item is in stock, our delivery time frame can take anywhere
between up to 7 working days before dispatch to allow our team to create your
orders.
If you’re located in Zimbabwe, delivery can take 1-3 business days after the order is complete. If you’re located in South Africa, our courier service can take 7-10
working days to deliver your order.

What does made to order mean?  

Instead of having inventory, every piece is sewn after the client has made a purchase, according to their measurements.

What if I purchase the wrong size? 

If you picked the wrong size, you are welcome to send back the item within 7 days in exchange for a different size or store credit. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer free shipping on exchanged items.   

We are also able to reject an item if it looks worn and if the tags have been removed.  

What if I purchase the wrong size?

We do not offer monetary refunds.

Can I send you my specific measurements? 

Yes, you can send us your specific measurements to ensure a tailored fit. You can
email or WhatsApp us your bust, bicep circumference, upper waist, hip, and height
measurements.
