ZIMBABWE RETURNS
We do not accept returns or offer monetary refunds, but we do offer exchanges for pieces that
do not fit correctly. Before purchasing, please read the description and measurements
carefully as we do not accept returns. If you’re unsure about which size to purchase, you can fill
in your measures in the “Order Notes” section on our Check Out page as this allows us to
determine which size is best for you.
We do not accept exchanges on discount items or items purchased during a sale. All items
purchased on sale or discount are final.
We do not accept exchanges on undergarments or thong bodysuits.
You must contact us and be approved for an exchange before sending back your purchase or the
items will be sent back to you.
Exchanges take 7 working days to process from when the items are received. Please note that
we are not able to offer a free collection of returns so the customer is responsible for all shipping
and delivery charges related to exchange. All exchanges can be mailed or dropped off directly to our studio.
We require a tracking number on merchandise that is sent back to us and these items must be
returned in the same condition that it was received. Please be sure to include the name attached
to the order or the order number of the package.
If your purchased item is damaged, we will gladly exchange the product for something else on
our website that is of equal or greater value. Please let us know immediately of any damages to
the product and send us an image of the damages on our customer service phone or email:

Please Note: NATAI NATAI is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. In the rare event
that your package has been lost or stolen please call your local FedEx office. By
completing a purchase with NATAI NATAI, you are agreeing to our shipping and delivery
policy.

South Africa Returns


Due to the fact that delivery to SA takes 7-10 as our pieces are couriered by road, we are not
able to accept returns or exchanges at the moment. To avoid inconvenience, if you’re unsure of
your size, please send us your measurements by filling our “Order Notes” with your Height, Bust,
Waist and Hip measurements on our Checkout page will help us tailor your order.
